Wonderful original wood and soapstone carving of an Alaskan Inuit hunter in a kayak. Signed John KOMAKHUK 96, Nome Alaska.

The hunter holding a paddle with a seal on the back of the kayak and bag of provisions on the front. On the left top of the kayak attached a long harpoon with a line.

This stunning carvings is in a good condition, with repairs to the bow, small chips and scratches.

Paddle is detachable.
