USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Use with Welloxon Perfect 6% developer in a 1:1 mixing ratio. Apply to dry hair using a bowl & brush or bottle applicator. Develop up to 10 minutes. Shampoo the hair and finish with your choice of Post-Color Treatment.
