Galena Illinois Souvenir Bell (#6494) It is decorated with a Colonial Home. It is decorated with tiny specks that give it a hue of navy blue, lettering in navy blue.  It stands approximately 5 ¼ inches tall has a 3-inch base. I do not have the original packaging.
