Adorable German made Happy Easter postcard featuring two playful anthropomorphic rabbits and a giant Easter egg. This postcard was mailed from the town of Rawicz Poland, which sits on the German border. The postmark date is March 30, 1939 just five months before the German army invaded Rawicz and captured it. The card was mailed to (Uncle) Oskar Hautsch in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S.A.  The German message sends word that they are healthy, business is going well, and that they have a son and a daughter. Condition: Card has allover toning as well as writing in pen on the front. The corners have minor "bumps".
