This vintage Remington Rand mechanical adding machine represents the robust office technology of the mid-20th century. Featuring a heavy cast metal housing with a durable crinkle-textured finish, the unit utilizes a 10-key numeric layout and a side-mounted manual crank with a wooden handle for operation. These machines were the workhorses of accounting departments before the advent of electronic calculators.

The crinkle finish exhibits surface wear, scuffs, and accumulated dust in recessed areas. Mechanical functionality is untested; while the crank is present, full operational status is unknown. Paper roll is significantly yellowed from age.
