This is Proud Heart Cat. I'm unsure of which company made him because his tush tag has been cut off, but he is the version that is aqua blue with white paws. He has some wear / rubs on his left eye and a little surface dirt.
He is about 9" when sitting and 11" when standing. See photo with soda can for scale.
