RETURNS

Unlike many other sellers, we stand behind all products we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

You have 30 days to request a return. If you would like to return an item please follow the below instructions for a return label.

  3. Select the orders tab and locate the item you want to return
  4. Select the option highlighted in blue that reads "Return this item"
  5. Select the reason for the return and your return will be approved within 1 business day. A shipping label will be provided within 24 hours

RETURN GUIDELINES:

  1. All returned products must be returned in its original, unaltered packaging, including all labels and tags.
  2. Shoe boxes and other product packaging must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them.
  3. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached ? no pet hair, human hair, smoke odors, Perfume or makeup stains.
  4. Footwear must not be worn and must include the original, undamaged packaging.
EXCHANGES: Our Exchange policy is simple. Just return the items you don't want using the normal returns process for a full refund. At any time, simply place a new order for the new product(s) you want to purchase.
