There are high quality photos on the listing so that you can make your own determination on card condition.  All cards are kept in a smoke-free, temperature controlled home.

S/H is $6 to the U.S.  What this gets you:  Cards in a penny sleeve, with a rigid top-loader, with ding-defenders on each side, postage with tracking, in a bubble mailer.
