Roots Rock pioneers The Grateful Dead titled 'Reckoning'. the Dead started out as a Psychedelic Jam band (remember Ken Keseys Acid tests? they were the band), did a left turn into Roots Rock (Country & Blues) in the 

early 1970s and made their reputation as a live band, with literally hundreds of live albums since the 1970s. this 

is one of two live documents of the Deads 15th Anniversary shows from the Warfield SFO and Radio City Music

Hall NYC. its the acoustic set equivalent of 'Dead Set', the electric tracks from the anniversary shows. this has a

number of unusual Folk & Blues songs on it, so it more appealing for the fan of the GD. a 'must have' for GD 

collectors and fans, and a great buy for non-GD fans. Arista A2CD-8523 w/4pp booklet. allmusic.com rates this
