Instead, in May 2026, Ukrposhta released a strictly limited run of these souvenir sets exclusively for premium philatelic subscription holders ("Exclusive" & "Exclusive+").This set does not contain active postage stamps; it is a pure, high-value philatelic souvenir with a unique special overprint.
"Sich-2-30" is an optoelectronic Earth observation satellite, developed and manufactured by the State Enterprise "Pivdenne Design Bureau named after M.K. Yangel" (Dnipro). The satellite was launched from Cape Canaveral (Florida, USA) on January 13, 2022.
On 05/20/2026, the artistic postage stamp No. 1982 "Sich-2-30" is put into circulation, transferred to the category of philatelic products and withdrawn from circulation.
Postage stamp No. 1982 "Sich-2-30" is considered invalid for payment of postal services and is sold to owners of philatelic subscriptions packages and activists of the philatelic movement exclusively as collector's material in the form of a souvenir set "Sich-2-30" consisting of:
1pcs souvenir stamp sheet with the inscription "Ukrposhta 2026";
1 pcs souvenir stamp sheet with the print "Ukrposhta 2026" with artistically designed fields (parts of a cut printing sheet);
1 pcs "First Day" envelope.
