Includes frontispiece illustration of Louisville about 1840, notes, bibliography, and index.

Condition is good vintage condition. Blue cloth hardcover shows spotting, discoloration, rubbing, light edge wear, and general age wear. Pages show toning, foxing, and some age staining. Prior owner name dated 1945 inside. Ephemera shows age toning, writing, handling wear, and mixed condition. Some pages have underlining but doesn’t affect reading of the text.
