Lovely antique .Scottish fire sway. Trummel .Used in big open fire places to cook food using hanging pans . This is original black smith made wrought iron swinging frame. These had big loop hinges built in to side of granite open fire. And pots could be swung in and out of fire harth. This was removed from a Scottish croft. Would be 1800s . Could be put back in to use or hung on a wall. Great bit of Scottish local smiddy made metal work. Rare find.locatipn bottom stairs
