The caravan has seen very little use over the past five years and hasn't been used at all in the last 2½ years, which is the reason for the sale.

Overall, it's in nice, clean condition. As you'd expect for its age, there are a few cosmetic signs of use, with some of the external decals having faded. It was serviced around two years ago, when the fridge regulator was replaced.

I've recently checked all the appliances and systems to make sure everything is working as it should. The only thing worth mentioning is that the fridge can occasionally be temperamental when running on gas, although it works as expected on the other power sources.
