Delivery Dates/Bookings You will see an estimated delivery date provided by Ebay automatically. However, we will reach out to you via ebay messages and by phone to book your delivery, 1 or 2 days before the delivery.

YOUR ORDER WILL BE DISPATCHED WITHIN 1-10 WORKİNG DAYS OF RECEIVING PAYMENT (MONDAY- FRIDAY) AND YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO RECEIVE IT ONE OR TWO DAYS AFTER DISPATCH. WE USUALLY GET THIS DONE ON A MUCH FASTER SCALE.

IF DELIVERY IS MADE TO A FLAT ABOVE THE GROUND FLOOR, THEN A CHARGE OF £20 IS PAYABLE TO THE COURIER IN CASH. OUR SOFAS COME IN EASY TO ASSEMBLE PARTS,HOWEVER IF YOU REQUIRE THE DRIVER TO ASSEMBLE THERE IS A £20 CHARGE PAYABLE TO THEM.

Please note that the delivery couriers are not able to take away your old furniture or the packaging/cardboard.

YOU WILL BE GIVEN A DELIVERY DATE BUT WE CAN NOT GIVE AN EXACT TIME OF DELIVERY ON THE DUE DATE, THIS IS BECAUSE THESE ARE VERY LARGE ITEMS ON A NATIONAL DELIVERY SO FACTORS SUCH AS ASSEMBLY, TOWER BLOCKS AND TRAFFIC WILL COME IN TO PLAY. THE BEST OUR DRIVERS CAN DO IS GIVE YOU AN HOURS NOTICE BEFORE THEY ARRIVE.

On the day of delivery: Please ensure that the delivery team can gain easy access to the room that the furniture is going into. Please make sure that the area you want the furniture placed is cleared.

All items must be checked during delivery with the courier present. If any issues then it must be reported to the courier immediately. Once the item has been delivered, the delivery team will ask you to sign the relevant documentation required.
