This valance was designed to be hung on Rings but you can sew a casing in the back if you wanted to hang it directly on a rod. The pattern of the valance features a scalloped center panel with one complete large Whippoorwill on the left side. 

54 inches wide x 18 inches lowest point on valance. 

The valance is lined with a bisque moire lining  lining.
