The pen is in near mint used cosmetic condition with just a few very light age related handling marks.  No dings or dents. Brushed steel finish with chrome clip and trim. This is the 2nd edition full size version with the chrome cap top ornament.  Perfect White dot on the clip.  All chrome trim is in perfect condition. Stamped "Sheaffer USA" around the cap band. Clip is a nice firm fit and properly aligned. The nib is a medium stainless steel in perfect condition. Uses cartridges or the press bar filler which is fitted and working when water tested. Dip tested and writes nicely (see photo of writing sample). Sheaffer box in near perfect condition.
