Edwards guitars, with their ESP-derived sound and feel, continue to be loved by a wide range of players. This newly arrived item is a modified E-SN-145FR, a long-standing and renowned model from ESP's original Snapper lineup.
The neck shape is a slim, U-shape-like grip, and thanks to the finely finished satin finish, it has excellent glide, allowing for stress-free playing even during quick position changes or long playing sessions. The wood construction consists of a quilted maple top, alder back, hard maple neck, and maple fingerboard.
The pickups have been replaced with DiMarzio DP175 True Velvets in the neck and middle positions, and a DP153 FRED humbucker in the bridge position. Furthermore, the tone knob features a push/pull coil-tap function for the bridge humbucker, allowing for a wider range of sound shaping possibilities.
The guitar shows signs of age and use, including scratches, dents, tarnishing and rust on parts, plating peeling and discoloration, and cracks, chips, and lifting of the paintwork. However, the frets have plenty of life left, and the truss rod is functioning well, making it a fully functional player's instrument.
