Here is a 1919-1924 JOHN HEYDLER NL game used baseball. The baseball has seen its days. There are light traces that the ball was once signed by a couple of people. However, those signatures are long gone. Perhaps even Babe Ruth once signed this baseball! The ball was made for the National League for use. I am selling the ball only as a vintage Heydler game used baseball and not taking any consideration in regards to the signatures.
According to the History of the Baseball book by Brandon Grunbaum--this dated Spalding ball is considered RARE. You can see the center label markings fairly easily along with the stamped John Heydler name and underneath that is stamped President of the National League. The ball is Model #1 and has 108 stitches in it and all are tight. This is a great baseball collectible! I am starting the bidding out low and letting the auction proceed as I really do not know what the ball is valued at. Email me with any questions you might have and I will try and answer them.
Payments will be directly through Ebay. If you need another form of payment, feel free to reach out to me once the auction has concluded. The ball will cost 15.00 for shipping. I trust my 900 plus positive feedbacks should satisfy any concerns. Thanks for looking and be sure to check out my other vintage baseballs that are up for sale as well. I can combine shipping if you win more than one. The baseball will be packed securely. Good luck.
