This vintage skateboard tool tightens and loosens both the king pins and the axles. The tool is from the late 70'- early 80's. At the time, many trucks were not universal in bolt sizes due to the different manufacturers. Thus, a skateboard tool like this was needed and could be easily stored in one's pocket.
