Hornby Mecanno O Gauge LNER 0-4-0 Clockwork Locomotive 8123 - spares or repair

In reasonable condition for its age with marks scratched decals.
Runs forwards and reverse, tested by operation bottom motor links.
Both controllers from the cab are missing.
Front boiler cover missing along with wheel rods.

Please study the pictures carefully using the zoom feature to get a better idea of what there is, and the condition before bidding.
