This attractive military challenge coin commemorates the defence relationship between the United States and Uruguay. One side features the U.S. Defense Attaché Office Montevideo design with the inscription “Presented for Excellence”, while the reverse displays the Uruguayan Ministry of Defence coat of arms with the motto “Lealtad a la Excelencia”.

The coin is supplied in its original protective sleeve together with the presentation card naming Col Kirk S. Karver, adding provenance and collectable appeal.
