This auction is for a DRAGON Magazine Lot of 2 issues: #56, #58

See the scans for more detail. There are 3 scans for each magazine. The Scans show front cover, back cover, and table of contents for each magazine. The front and back covers were scanned by me. The Table of Contents page was obtained from a different source. The magazines were not bought new, but they have been bagged and boarded for over 20 years or longer and have been sitting in a storage box all that time.

General Specifics for each magazine follow:

Dragon #56:
Overall good condition.  Some creasing and minor bends on front cover, creasing on back cover.  See scans.
Some markings and dirt on a few inside pages. A few pages have partial fingerprints where it looks like someone got ink on their fingers and handled a couple of pages along the margins - nothing that obscures page content with one exception - in the Mad Merc module, there is a NPC character trait table where it looks like a few drops of black ink (might have been due to the production process since the entire page is black text) obscure 2 values (out of several hundred listed).
No missing pages. With a couple of exceptions (listed above) all other pages in the magazine are clean without stray marks.
No rusty staples
TOP SECRET MODULE inside "Mad Merc, The Alulu Island Mission" is complete and intact.

Dragon #58:
Overall good condition - but see below about missing counters. Some creasing and minor bends on front cover, creasing on back cover.  See scans. Along the spine area of the magazine near the bottom staple there is an inch long section where the cover ends separated from each other (split). It only affects the cover.
All pages inside clean.
No rusty staples
The 4 pages of SPELLMINDERS CARDBOARD COUNTERS are MISSING from the Center (although the rest of the article on how to use them is intact). I will provide a printout of a few copies of the missing counters, however, to be honest, you could simply cut up your own counters and use the article information provided to mark them up accordingly. The missing counters do NOT impact the page count of the magazine. They were just appended to the staples and meant to be removed as a separate non-numbered magazine handout.
