All phones in this batch are checked to be unlocked where applicable, data wiped, factory reset and fully functional unless otherwise stated. The phone grading is specifically based on screen scratches, screen wear and cosmetic wear to the chassis. Other functionality, including the touchscreen and display, is in full working order and none of the items have any cracks or breaks.

While the above is true, any item classified as Grade E will have significant cosmetic issues affecting the chassis and/or screen. Individual cosmetic details can be found against each device in the listing above.

Our technicians grade each phone and tablet against the set criteria listed below, covering chassis wear and screen condition. A device must meet every limit for a grade. If one selected condition is outside that grade, the device is graded down to the next grade where it complies.
