Geberit / Novopress ACO102 Spares or Repair / not working

Ex-MEP Hire stock. Stripped down as shown. Main board briefly powers up with  green and no red LED error light. Tested the electric motor independently with a direct 12VDC power supply and it spins perfectly . Great donor unit for parts.
