This item is complete but it has both 1991 and 2002 parts. The box, board, game board parts, instructions money and insurance slips, and game cars are all 1991. The Life cards are all 2002 except for one extra 1991 card. The small life cardboard pieces are a mix of both. There are over 40 when there should only be 25, so there’s extra. Same with h the game cars, there’s a few extras. The box has tape across it.
