When first purchased in 2022 it was known it had head gasket issues so engine work was carried out:

Head skim (6 thou removed)
New Elring 0.95 mm head gasket
New Elring head bolts
New Elring rocker cover gasket
New Elring inlet and exhaust gaskets
New Marmotorsport timing chain kit and gasket kit, including replacement 
Camshaft and crankshaft sprockets
New genuine MINI camshaft sprocket bolt
New genuine MINI crank pulley bolt
New genuine MINI timing chain tensioner
New Reinz oil filter housing gasket
New oil cooler and gaskets
New genuine MINI timing cover bolts
New Litens harmonic crankshaft pulley
New lower and upper right-hand Febi engine mounts
New INA supercharger belt pulley
New Gates auxiliary belt tensioner
Replacement genuine used MINI rocker cover bolts in good condition

New MAHLE radiator fan pack
New Febi OEM coolant expansion tank
New Marmotorsport thermostat and housing

After engine was resolved drivetrain and suspension was then done:

New BGA front trailing arm bushes
New NAPA control arms
New NAPA drop links
New NAPA lower control arm ball joints
New Febi anti-roll bar bushes

New J&R driveshafts
New Stainless exhaust

Inner and outer track rod ends replaced by R53 specialist Hyper Works

New Juratek discs and pads front and rear, with wear sensors

Along with electrical:
New GSF-supplied TBO027 027 SMF battery
New CJ Auto Electrics alternator
New Meyle 6PK 1390 alternator belt
New Valeo upgraded rear wiper motor with genuine MINI wiper arm and blade
Power steering pump replaced in 2018

Tyres are less than 1,000 miles old

New headliner last winter.
Air-conditioning was just recharged.

Lots spent on this and it drives like new.
Very well maintained.

Bad bits;
Paint is showing age but for a Chilli red it's normal. 

Air-conditioning is 20 years old, cold after it gets going.
Power steering pump can be noisy randomly.
