If you live in Canada we ship with Canada Post, you pay the taxes, Postage, that's it.
Overseas we use the Ebay shipping Hub. When you purchase our item Ebay will be double checking your order then guide you through the rest
If you are in the United States we use UPS. Once it goes over the border you may receive a "Ground Service Charge". This is a private charge by the company to you. We have no way of knowing if you will be charged or what it will be, again please contact UPS before purchasing.
Again if you are located in the United States there may be a US Tariff Charge. This again is a private charge by the US government it is nothing to do with our store. It's a US tariff fee we have no way of knowing if it will be applied or what it will be.
Before the US tariff we used Canada Post for everything. We are part of the Ebay shipping program and UPS is our only option now. Canada Post requires tariff fees be paid up front so they opted out of the program. Bottom line we want you to lover our product and nothing worse than a "surprise" fee. I hope this helps
