Condition is EX+++ (in my opinion), 246 pages, spine taped, see scans.

Guide presents very well with all pages uniform, tight, and intact. 

Both covers are present, attached, and in very good shape.

All items are sandwiched with cardboard backing and in plastic to protect the item completely.
