This is a used copy of Hansen’s Hot 101 for Easy Piano/Easy Organ Sheet music that looks like it was published in 1974.

Relative to its age it is in good condition with general overall wear however I have noticed the following issues:

1) The contents page has been marked with pencil and ink

2) The previous owner marked the pages with paperclips so there are impressions and on a few pages minor tears

3) The previous owner marked their name down in large felt pen on the inside cover and at the back.

4) The glue of the binding can be seen on the final page, nothing extreme.

The book does have a light Piano seat storage like wood smell but nothing overpowering.
