One of the shoes the right foot one has lost its softness and is a little rough but you can't tell any difference unless you inspect it up close and feel it. It might be fixed with a leather/suede cleaner or conditioner.

Unfortunately they don't fit my daughter and she didn't have a chance to wear them except just try them a few times so selling on.
