This neat antique oak bookcase is in the Arts and Crafts / Mission style, dating from the early 1900s.  The design is unusual, with a tapered form, and the sides replete with the original brass studs.The oak has a good rich patination and is thickly sliced, giving this piece a pleasant substantial feel.
