Offered here is an exceptionally rare pair of Nike Vapor football cleats, custom created for Henry To’o To’o as part of the NFL’s My Cause My Cleats campaign. These cleats feature bespoke Polynesian-inspired artwork and prominent “Polynesian Football Hall of Fame” branding, celebrating heritage, culture, and community—elements central to To’o To’o’s chosen cause.

Unlike retail or mass-produced commemorative footwear, these were professionally customized in extremely limited quantity for campaign use and were never released to the public. This pair is brand new and unworn, showing no field use. The soles, uppers, and interior confirm pristine condition consistent with non-game wear. Original internal tissue packing remains present inside the cleats, consistent with unworn condition.

As shown in the photographs, one original piece of masking tape used during the hand-painting/customization process remains intact on the heel. The opposite heel does not have tape present and was in this condition at the time of purchase. A faint outline consistent with prior tape placement may be visible. This is not damage and does not affect the structure, integrity, or performance of the cleats; it is consistent with the custom paint process used for campaign footwear.
