Approximate measurements are 6-1/2" x 4-1/2" x 4".

I do not know the company or person that made this. It has the feel of being hand made, but I have no way to know for sure. Also there are no seams or sharp edges like you would find on cast, machine made glass.

There are some very small, hard to see bubbles, no cracks, or chips.
