Vintage ceramic goose salt and pepper shaker set, his and hers style. One goose wears a light blue ribbon bow, the other a pink ribbon bow. White glossy glaze body with embossed feather detail, yellow beaks and feet, painted black eyes. Each goose stands just shy of 4 inches tall. Pour holes located on the breast/chest of each piece. Rubber stoppers present on the underside of both shakers.

Pre-owned, vintage condition.

READ: These geese show signs of age and a life well-loved in someone’s kitchen — the ribbon bows have visible paint wear, there are small areas of glaze loss on the bodies, and the surface has the fine crackling (crazing) that comes naturally with ceramic pieces of this age.

Both shakers retain their original stoppers; the salt shaker’s stopper has yellowed, which is common for these older rubber/plastic plugs as they oxidize over time.

No cracks or breaks.
