Postage and Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne-based warehouses usually the next business day after payment has cleared. Orders may be delayed if a non-compliant delivery address is provided or during busy periods.

Our delivery partners include, but are not limited to, Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please, Toll and Direct Freight Express. The delivery partner is automatically selected by our fulfilment centre based on item weight and delivery location.

Estimated delivery dates shown on eBay are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays can occur outside seller control (floods, fires, road closures, rail disruptions). Please allow an additional 5 business days past the estimated delivery date before contacting us â most orders are delivered within this time. Please do not open an Item Not Received case during this window.

Due to health, safety and operational requirements, orders cannot be picked up. We are unable to offer any exceptions.

Warranty and Returns

Unless otherwise noted in the item description, items come with a 12-month warranty.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or missing parts, please contact us first before opening a return request. We need clear photos or a link to a short video demonstrating the issue. We will work with you to find the best resolution â in most cases, returning the item is not necessary.

If you return an item without providing sufficient evidence and our assessment determines the item is in good working condition, we reserve the right to treat the return as a Change of Mind return.

If your order becomes faulty within the warranty period, please provide photo or video evidence as described above. We will assess and provide a fair resolution.

Change of Mind (Remorse) Returns

We offer 30-day returns for change of mind after delivery. If you wish to return for remorse reasons (ordered by mistake, found better price, doesn't fit, etc.), please provide clear photos of the item in unopened and unused condition.

Refunds will be issued minus our original postage costs. If the item has been opened, used, is missing original packaging, or the wrong item is returned, we reserve the right to make further adjustments in line with eBay's Return Policy.

Buyers are responsible for organising and paying for remorse return postage. If we provide a postage label to assist, return postage costs will be deducted from the refund.

Orders cannot be dropped off at our warehouse.

Undeliverable Postcodes

Some items in our store are unable to be delivered to certain postcodes. If your delivery address is in any of the below postcodes, please contact us before placing an order to check if delivery is possible.

This list is not exhaustive â there may be additional postcodes for bulky products. We may contact you to seek an alternative address or the order may be automatically cancelled. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Cancelling Orders

To cancel an order, please use the "Cancel Order" option via eBay.

Once an order is received, it is automatically sent to our fulfilment centre for quick dispatch â it may not always be possible to stop dispatch. If we are able to cancel before the fulfilment centre processes your order, we will issue a full refund. Otherwise, Change of Mind returns conditions apply.

Express Post Guarantee

If you have paid for Express Post and delivery has not been attempted by the latest Estimated Delivery Date shown when you placed your order, we will refund all postage costs.

Attempted Delivery, Awaiting Collection and Delivered are all considered delivery attempts â postage refunds will not be made if these scans appear on or before the latest estimated delivery date.
