·        All items will be cardboard wrapped and placed in a suitable size padded mailer/satchel OR bubble wrapped, placed in a box and inserted in a suitable size satchel/padded mailer OR bubble wrapped, placed in a suitable size box and taped. This depends on the size, volume, weight and number of item(s) purchased, in addition to location of buyer. This is for extra protection.

·   We use Australia Standard Post mailing system. Once your items are received by the Post office, we have no control on mailing time.

·        To promote sustainability and maintain affordability, we use both new and clean recycled materials in our packaging.

·        This is a tracked mail for a piece of mind.

·        International buyer is responsible for paying any customs or import charges. Please provide your address in English (using standard Latin characters) to avoid postage issues.
