Throughout the 18th century, pineapples became a symbol of prosperity and wealth amongst the English elite. Zoffany's homage to the highly regarded pineapple captures the fluidity of indigo resist print on 100% heavyweight linen.  

The official colourway name is Stockholm Blue. Pattern repeat every 90.5cm 

Medium/heavy weight, 100% linen, chunky weave, with a matt finish and naturally textured slub linen weave. Suitable for all interiors, including curtains, blinds, cushions, lampshades, headboards and upholstery.
