This is a Matchbox Originals “Authentic Recreations” reissue of the classic No.9 Dennis Fire Engine, produced circa 1992–1993 in China and supplied with a period-style “A Moko Lesney – Matchbox Series” box. It recreates the look of the early Lesney casting from the 1950s without the 1950s price tag and is not a 1950s Lesney. eBayEtsyMatchbox Cars

Vehicle condition (Near Mint): bright red gloss, clean silver trim, grey metal wheels, and the distinctive white pump wheel (looks grey in some photos). Minor flaws only: a tiny paint chip on the front bumper and a light scuff to the ladder’s silver (See Pics). Axles straight; rolls freely; strong shelf presence.

Box condition (Near Mint): vivid color and crisp panels with very light edge/shelf wear, a small crease, and one tiny tear on an inner flap (See Pics). A sharp pairing that displays beautifully together. This comes from a smoke-free home and has NO odors of any kind! And, please feel free to message me with any questions.
