👉 Friendly reminder: How to reduce condensation inside your tent during autumn and winter

Avoid pitching your tent in low-lying areas of the campsite. Choose a relatively elevated spot to help keep the tent walls warm and minimise condensation. When choosing a campsite, avoid areas with high humidity, such as marshes, damp ponds, lakes or streams. To maintain lower humidity levels inside the tent, matching those outside, it is advisable to move activities such as cooking and boiling water outside the tent.

Note: due to the temperature difference, water vapour from human breathing or the soil causes the inside of the tent to be warmer than the outside. This results in the water inside the tent attaching to the fabric, creating condensation. Therefore, it is not the fabric of the tent that is leaking. If you have any concerns, please contact us first. Thanks!
