The LED CPM Machine (Continuous Passive Motion) is a cutting-edge physiotherapy device designed to enhance knee mobility, flexibility, and muscle strength through automated, controlled movement. This CPM unit is ideal for post-operative recovery, injury rehabilitation, and long-term joint therapy, helping patients regain their full range of motion safely and comfortably.
Widely used by orthopedic clinics, rehab centers, and home physiotherapy setups, this CPM machine ensures pain-free and consistent movement of the knee joint, reducing stiffness and speeding up recovery. With its LCD digital control panel, customizable settings, and passive motion automation, it is suitable for patients recovering from ACL surgery, knee replacement, arthritis, paralysis, and neuromuscular conditions like polio or hemiplegia.
Continuous Passive Motion Therapy
Supports safe and regular joint motion without active muscle effort, minimizing stiffness and improving circulation.
Ideal for Post-Surgery and Injury Rehab
Perfect for rehabilitation after ACL reconstruction, knee arthroscopy, total knee replacement (TKR), or orthopedic trauma.
Digital LCD Control Panel
Easy-to-use display with clear settings for timer, speed, and flexion/extension angles.
Microcomputer-Based Technology
Advanced electro-mechanical control for safe, precise, and consistent joint movements.
Customizable Motion Range
Adjustable flexion angle from 5° to 120°, with flexion and extension hold times from 0 to 9 seconds.
Comfortable & Portable Design
Engineered for home and clinical use, allowing patients to perform rehab in the comfort of their own space.
Therapeutic Application Beyond the Knee
Though primarily used for the knee, it is also suitable for hip, shoulder, and elbow joints, and has shown effectiveness in treating chronic non-specific back pain.

A: A slight operational noise is completely normal and expected in all CPM machines. This sound comes from the motor and internal moving parts working together to gently and consistently move your knee. It does not indicate a defect.
However, if the noise is unusually loud or the machine seems to be functioning improperly, please ensure:
The machine is placed on a stable, flat surface.
It is clean and free of dust or debris around the moving components.
It is being used as per the instruction manual.
If the issue persists, feel free to contact our support team.
A: Yes, that’s completely normal. Grease is intentionally applied to the moving parts of the CPM machine to ensure smooth, quiet, and consistent motion. It prevents wear and tear and helps extend the life of the device.
If you notice excess grease, you can gently wipe it off, but rest assured—it is not a defect.
A: Electrical standards vary by country, including plug types and voltage requirements. If your CPM machine isn’t compatible with your plug or power supply, it’s likely a voltage mismatch or plug type issue.
Please inform us of your country’s voltage requirement before placing your order. We’ll ensure your unit is shipped with the correct power converter or adapter to work seamlessly in your region.
