  • Any USA order = cancelled & refunded in full.
  • USA addresses only ? every other country ships as normal.

UPS will send you a customs invoice to your eBay messages. This is a real, official invoice ? not spam. You must pay it.

Three things to know before you buy:
  1. Import duties and taxes are your responsibility. Your country's customs office will calculate these based on the item's declared value, your location, and import rules. Charges can include duties, tariffs, VAT, excise taxes, and third-party brokerage fees. These rates and rules vary by country and change regularly ? we can't predict your final cost. Check with your customs office before purchasing if you're unsure.
  2. Keep an eye on your eBay messages. Your carrier or customs authority may contact you directly to collect payment or request documents. If you don't respond, your parcel can be returned or destroyed.
  3. Refuse the parcel? Return shipping and reimport costs come off first. By the time those are deducted, there's often little or nothing left to refund ? and we can only process it once the parcel is back with us. If you refuse to collect or pay duties, this isn't covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

  • United Kingdom: VAT collected by eBay under £135. Orders over £135 are subject to import duties.
  • Australia: 10% GST is collected. Orders over AUD $1,000 may incur additional charges.
  • Canada: GST/HST may apply. Orders over CAD $150 may incur import duties.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Once your order ships, delivery is between you and UPS. Monitor your eBay tracking updates ? if you miss a delivery, go to UPS.com to rearrange it immediately.

If a parcel is returned as "Unclaimed" or "Refused", original shipping is non-refundable and any return or reimport fees will be deducted before your refund is calculated.

Non-EU buyers: refusing a parcel to avoid customs fees follows the same rule.
RETURNS
All returns are processed through the eBay Returns Programme. If duties are unpaid and the item is returned, return shipping and import fees will be deducted from your refund.
