From the estate of a former TV repairman.  Please note that these tubes have been inspected to ensure there is no severe damage (the tubes are not crushed or cracked) and to ensure that the serials on the boxes match the serials on the tubes; however, they have  not been tested or inspected beyond that.  Some tubes may be burnt out, may have lost vacuum, may have bent pins or damaged pins, may have tarnish, corrosion, or other issues, etc - they are sold as is, as found for parts or repair with no guarantee of function.  The boxes are a bit musty from prolonged storage in a basement.  Includes over 230 individual tubes each with their box, plus two instructional booklets.  Please see photos for full details. 

I do not know if they are new or used - assume some/all may be used.
