INVENTORY & AVAILABILITY NOTICE

 We operate a large, high-volume warehouse with over 5,000 unique items.

The vast majority of our listings are in stock and ready to ship.

However, on rare occasions, due to high sales volume, an inventory discrepancy may occur.

If an item you purchased is unexpectedly unavailable:

•   You will be notified promptly as soon as the issue is identified
•   We will attempt to locate a replacement, including sourcing from Disney Parks when possible

If a replacement cannot be secured within 24-48 hours, a full refund will be issued immediately.

 Clear communication and customer satisfaction are always our priority.

All Disney pins we sell are authentic Disney merchandise unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not sell counterfeit items. Minor manufacturing variations or normal cosmetic wear should not be interpreted as evidence of counterfeit merchandise.

This is a 100% authentic official Disney merchandise.  Will be encased in protective wrapping, and shipped in a bubble-padded envelope.  shipped via USPS First-Class Mail or Ups unless buyer requests and pays for another shipping service.  Feel free to contact me with any questions!

Items will be shipped out the same day or next morning depending upon when they were ordered during the day.
