Used cutter it was in a printing shop so I'm sure it got used well. I folded up 2 cardboard boxes last night in half and it sliced threw them like a hot knife thru butter so it's plenty sharp the board itself is all legible and spot on for the measurements. U can see where someone cleaned it and anywhere there was a cut in the paint on top of the board the water got in and just swelled the wood a tiny bit. I'm assuming as it drys it will go back down but if not its not affecting the usability of the cutter or taking anything away from its performance.
