  • 1.We will ship your order in one business day once the payment is cleared. Tracking number will be uploaded to eBay within 24 hours after shipment.
  • 2.All the parcels will be collected by our carrier at 10:00am AEDST on Monday to Friday. For the payment after 9:30am AEDST, the parcel has to be shipped the Next working day at 10:00am AEDST.
  • 3.We ship all our items either via Toll IPEC or Au PosteParcel. The estimated delivery time is around 2-5 working days to most area in Australia .

All AutoPartsaupro products have 24 months warranty (unless otherwise stated). All the warranty only covers manufacturing defect(material or workmanship ). Any issue caused by physical damage, incorrect installation and usage, modification, negligence, etc will be out of warranty.

Will this fit my car? We have used the eBay compatibility list as a guide for buyers to use, but the eBay data system is not accurate and incomplete sometimes. How much does delivery cost and how long will it take? You can check the delivery cost in the listing “Shipping and payments” section by selecting your country and entering your zip code. If it is not specified, please provide us your shipping address and zip code via eBay message. For AU domestic shipping, the delivery time is around 2-5 business days. The international shipment delivery time is around 5-10 business days.

What payment methods do you accept? We currently only accept payment via PayPal. You can also use PayPal as a guest and pay using a debit or credit card.

When will my order be dispatched? We will arrange the shipment in 1 business day after the payment is cleared. The tracking number will be updated on eBay in 24 hours after the shipment. Please notice that there is no shipment during weekend and holidays.
