You get all three pieces you see in the pics.  The one on the far left and the one on the top right are both receipts around the Gibson guitar repair.  The bottom right one is in pretty rough condition.  I couldn't make out what that receipt was for but it's dated from the 1940s I believe.  The two receipts for the Gibson guitar repair are in much better condition.  See pics for more details.
