**CONDITION REPORT**

Original oil painting in good vintage condition. The painting surface displays well with visible brushwork and texture throughout. No obvious holes, tears or significant paint loss noted. The frame has age-related scuffs, marks and minor wear from handling and display, including a small knock/chip to one corner as shown in the photographs. The rear retains its backing board and hanging cord. Please study all photographs carefully as they form part of the description.

**DESCRIPTION**

Original signed oil painting depicting what is believed to be St Ives Harbour, Cornwall. The composition captures the harbour at low tide with fishing boats resting on the sand, figures walking across the beach and the distinctive harbour-front buildings beneath a bright coastal sky.

The work is signed lower right by C. Greatbatch and is painted in oil on canvas board with attractive visible brushwork and texture. The artist has captured the soft coastal light and reflections across the wet sand, creating a pleasing and atmospheric Cornish harbour scene.

Presented in an attractive painted wooden frame with grey and gilt detailing which complements the colours of the artwork well. Ready to display.
