Mint stickered external cosmetic condition. Blue barrel finish with frosted steel cap, chrome clip and trim.  Perfect White dot on the clip.  All chrome trim is in perfect condition.  Clip is a firm fit and straight. A fine stainless steel inlaid nib in is fitted. It is in perfect  condition. Not tested as I do not want to dirty it. Uses Sheaffer cartridges or a press bar filler (neither included).  No box.
