By purchasing from us you acknowledge that you have read the conditions of sales as listed below.
Contact is to be made within 3 days and payment received within seven days
If your order is to be sent by regular untracked mail (Option 1 below) and you want to change it to tracked mail,(option 2), you can do so by placing the item in your cart and at the chekout change to postage to tracked on the invoice presented, you can then finalize the purchase.
If you have a problem doing so, leave the item in the cart and message us your request so that we can change the postage on the listing for you.
Postage and Handling.
1) Regular Domestic untracked letter, at your risk for loss or damage once in transit.
$3.50 to $7.00: Parcel size 220X110, max.125g & 5mm. Or a total invoice of $25.00 (or more at our discretion)
Anything over the above this amount: Option 2) - 3) or 4) below will apply.
2) Regular Domestic letter tracked. Max. 125g & 5mm, including sundries. Cost $7.50 for first item.
3) Large tracked mail. Max. 500g including sundries. Cost $11.50 for first item.
4) Parcel post with tracking for parcel up to 1kgs, including sundries. Costs $13.50 for first item.
If you wish to combine items and have them posted by Regular Untracked Mail for any particular amount
We will do so only if you make a formal request to us via the eBay messaging platform or direct Email to us. The postage will be then be made in that manner at your risk for loss or damage, and if required we will provide proof of postage at your request.
When combining your items for postage we will add up the postage paid and deduct the postage due (starting with the highest postage of any item in the order) and any fees for that order, and deduct the excess if any when sending the invoice requested from us, or it will be refunded via eBay, if payment has already been made to eBay.
We do not receive payment directly from you at any time, all refund and payment are made by eBay.
Please note that when the items have been paid by you at the eBay cart checkout or each individual invoice presented at checkout, eBay will levy their fees on the total amount including all postage, so any refund made will have those fees deducted from any refunded amount, as we cannot recover them in full.
P.O insurance is only $100 maximum for any order, additional insurance if required is $2.50 for each extra $100 or part of, it can be added on request.
Combined purchases as follow:
Added cost per items for: Coins or Coin sets or rolls.
These are the cost for each item to be combined to the first higest purchase in that order.
Value of item up to: $2.95 + $1.00 each - from $3.00 to $9.95 + $1.50 each - from $10.00 to $17.95 + $2.00 each From $18.00 to $24.95 + $3.00 each - from $25.00 to $54.95 + $4.00 each - from $55.00 to $80.00 + $7.50 each.
This is required to cover fees or charges levied by eBay when combining each added items.
We will total these various amount and use that total to upgrade the postage level and eBay fees as required.
All excess funds will be deducted from the invoice, or refunded if payment has already been made.
We do not make any money out of postage, we aim only to receive the value of the item for sale.
Some items we will be unable to combine or have a higher combined fees applied to them, or simply for safety.
That may apply to bulky items like books, toys, tools, others. Please Check with us first
6) Please request an invoice from us when purchasing multiple items, it will save you paying excess fees and charges, use your cart to do so, or contact us for help.
7) You can also message us a list for quotation without putting them in your cart if you so wish.
We will put the items on hold for you, and a quote valid for 24 hours, it will be sent as soon as possible.

30 days refund policy applies to all our listings and or as otherwise stated.
No refund will be available from us with untracked postage option.
Mail is sent to you at your request and knowledge that it is at your risk for loss or damage once posted.
We keep photos as proof of postage made in this manner.
We can provide them to you on request, and we will do all we can to help you from our end, but we will be limited with what we can do, your best option is your local P.O.
Also a big help is your phone numbers, we still have many buyer with old landline no longer connected.
eBay or the P.O or us for this matter cannot contact you if required.
Please check & upgrade your delivery address & phone numbers if you have a mobile, in many cases it will help with locating your items a lot more successful.
We recommend that you select a tracked postage options at all time.
