Vintage RSC Burnished Silver tone Ring with what may be a CZ Diamond type Solitaire or other similar clear gemstone.  Size 8 U.S. Ring Size. Stamped "18KTGE" and "RSC" on inside of silver band. Pre-owned normal gentle wear - no visible signs of wear on band - band is a burnished dull non-shiny silver look but stamped 18KT Gold Electroplate. Untested.  I do not know origin or age of this estate piece. I did not take to a jeweler. No box. See all pics and zoom in for details.
